What is on your shopping list for the next week? Are you struggling with ideas? Not sure where to start on not eating out? Start slow don't over do it or stress out. Evaluate how often you eat out or order in. More then 2/3 or more times a week? Try cutting down to once a week. Thinking that you can't go on dates with your loved one, you can. Wait what? Won't that ruin not eating out? No, make a picnic and spend time together eating at a park, by a river, pond. Eat before you go out. Go to the movies, bring water bottles in your bag maybe some fruit roll ups you may have made. I know I don't really eat while watching a movie, just drink water. Take a walk with your loved one. There are so many options other then eating out.
We stopped eating fast food many many months ago. Our struggle is darn Chinese food and pizza. So last night while we were driving we decided to just make our own pizza with the help of the kids. It's not as simple as ordering but much better for us.
Ideas for meals this week:
Pizza- you can buy pre made crust or make your own. Pasta sauce, cheese and toppings of your liking.
Hamburger- premade or buy ground beef/turkey and make your own patties.
Fish- grilled or baked with salad.
Making dinners or meals from home don't have to be hard. Don't stress and have fun!
